Purchased for my wife for and she really likes it.

Product came open with K cups free floating inside the shipping box. After looking at the back of the Green Mountain coffee box, I noticed that the coffee had expired in September (3+ months ago). I typically buy this coffee every week from my local grocery store, but they had been out for a couple of weeks. Point being, I know that the expiration date for Green Mountain K cups is 2 years, so for this product to be 3 months expired means it had been sitting on the shelf or in a warehouse for quite some time. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with the horrible Best Buy customer service rep who wanted me to drop off the package at a local FedEx to be sent back (as if he didn't believe me) I was finally refunded the $23 that I spent as I refused to waste my gas dropping it off for shipment back to Best Buy. I am an Elite Best Buy card holder and in the 3 years that I've had an account with them I've never once returned anything so for this representative to insinuate that I was lying to get free coffee was beyond insulting. I even offered to send him a picture of the expiration date on the box! The lesson here is, do not buy coffee through Best Buy.

Green mountain has my undivided attention forever.

I prefer dark roast coffee and like a change-up now and then. This is one I'm ok using in between dark roast faves.

Hubby likes cappuccino but this works for him too!

The vanilla flavoring is pretty good with this. Not as good as the Starbucks Vanilla but a close 2nd.

First time I bought this particular flavor and I was okay with it but not so much. Maybe because I was expecting more. The flavor was just average and can’t even smell the vanilla. I know it’s artificially flavored but it would be nice if you can still enjoy it.

The coffee itself is good, however I found the flavor to be a bit too mild for my test, However, if you are looking for something with more of a hint of flavor, then this could be for you.

I don't really taste a full flavor with this coffee, a bit disappointing.
