Hit and Miss Quality

Unfortunately, these Caribou pods were hit and miss. Some pods seem to have a burnt smell after brewing. The taste followed suit with an off/old/ not fresh taste. This has not happened with any other pods or brands. I keep my coffee maker clean and maintained regularly. Maybe I got a “bad” box?
