Ignore the reviews that this product "feels like cheap plastic". It certainly does not! It feels like glass, and is about as fragile as any other glass cup you own. It looks classy, keeps my coffee warm for a bit longer, and I don't have to worry so much about a coaster (but I admit that I still use one most of the time). I have broken one but because it dropped on the floor... Much like many of these people giving it fewer than 5 stars because of fragility. You really want to rate a product down because it broke when you dropped it?? That's just silly. Buy another one, these are great.

Very difficult to make the glass look clean after use. The cup(s) streak and a smudge appears. Very disappointed in this product.

Definitely more than, a 5 Star Rating is appropriate for the Glass Blown Coffee mugs. The mugs are break resistant, and completely Micro Wave Safe. Two times so far, after having them for a few weeks, one survived a drop in the sink, and another did not break when even accidentally dropped to the floor. The insulation factor is very significant, even after being in a microwave at very high temperatures. The insulation definitely significantly helps to keep a beverage warm. Altogether 8 mugs were purchased on a prior deal of the day. We gave 4 of the mugs, and, the recipients really liked the mugs. My wife considered regular price a good buy, and was going to purchase more at the regular price at Best Buy. I suggested to wait, for awhile, only for the reason we can purchase more later, and not guessing there would be another Best Buy Deal Of The Day. The look of the Mugs is very pleasing. For me I rate the Glass Blown Mugs a solid 10.

Well, I was looking for mugs to replace my rather ancient clear glass ones, however I was not impressed. The description is glass, but they seem to be something between plastic and glass. In addition, they are NOT microwave safe. A bummer! What made it worse is when they arrived, one had 3 cracks and a chip in it. These are going back and I'll keep my old mugs until I find some that are microwaveable and won't break during shipping!

I bought this on sale and was so happy to get what I was thinking a good deal. I always wanted one of those heavy glass cups for coffee. When I received those, they not heavy at all. It almost feels like it's plastic (though the box says glass). They look really nice and have wooden (?) coasters. My first disappointment came very soon when first cup broke in my hands while doing dishes (and I'm not a Hulk ). Second one showed the crack and was disposed of soon after. They not durable at all. I really like the looks, but they just not good enought for full price.

Bought this for my in-laws and they loved it. Made great christmas gifts and looks great when too!

I use these cups every day with my nespresso and it keeps it noticeably warmer for a longer period of time. Definitely didn't pay 20 beans for it though.

I received the mugs and within a couple of weeks both broke in the dishwasher..
