Great movie that looks so good in 4K and with HDR.

Cars is a great movie for men or boys or if you like any kind of racing. Great storyline to learn lessons from being too arrogant. Cars 2 is bad unfortunately. But Cars 3 is a great movie also. Steelbook is very nice. Best Buy did an amazing job with fast shipping in a box with great packaging the case and movie came in perfect condition. Unlike Amazon throwing 4Ks in a flimsy plastic bag and throwing it around smashing your movie’s into pieces.

They should have stopped at just one cars movie. It’s a a great Pixar film still. Upscale looks great in 4k and once again the collectible steelbook is a must

As a general rule, I don't like NASCAR. The beginning definitely shows everything I find obnoxious about NASCAR, but I stuck with it because my little ones like things with wheels. I was glad I stuck with the movie. The character development is a fun journey as you discover each character, complex and simple. The scenery is quite nice too - although I'm pretty certain no one location along Route 66 has ALL of the things in the movie in such close proximity (maybe I'm wrong and if I am, I'd love to know where I should be planning a future vacation). Overall it was a fun family movie and my children love it.

I grew up watching this film and loved it. I was awesome to see it in 4k finally the best way to view any Pixar film.

I am an adult and I just found this movie amazing, from story line to technical quality. I'm not that much a fan of the squeals. BB had this 4K version on sale (apparently one day) for next to nothing. I already had the Blu-ray version which looks great, but the 4K on my OLED LG is even better. The Atmos sound track is not that much better than the Blu-ray, but there are some scenes where it shines. If Atmos is the only reason to get the 4K version it is not worth it even at the sale price. It is the picture quality in 4K HDR that is worth it.

Cars is a Pixar classic! Great characters and a good message. Check out Cars 3 if you or your little ones liked it.

Finally a movie my kids will sit and watch. Recommended for parents and kids. Nothing shuts'em up like a movie.

Lightning McQueen, a hotshot rookie race car driven to succeed, discovers that life is about the journey, not the finish line, when he finds himself unexpectedly detoured in the sleepy Route 66 town of Radiator Springs. On route across the country to the big Piston Cup Championship in California to compete against two seasoned pros, McQueen gets to know the town's offbeat characters--including Sally, a snazzy 2002 Porsche, Doc Hudson, a 1951 Hudson Hornet with a mysterious past, and Mater, a rusty but trusty tow truck--who help him realize that there are more important things than trophies, fame and sponsorship.

I bought this because of the steelbook. The movie is good so had to have the steelbook!!

Cars was a good, family-friendly film when it came out, and it looks great on 4K! The steelbook packaging and disc art are excellent and, in my opinion, this package well worth the upgrade from the old DVD or Blu-ray set if you have a 4K TV. Characters are funny and retain their charm on future viewings. The animation is colorful and attractive, sure to bring enjoyment and capture the imagination of audiences young and old!

Cars is an amazing edition to the Pixar universe. In this movie, pixar takes a character who is very selfish/impatient at first, transforms into a character we all love. Pixar does great world building with the animation. In the story, this town we're in for most of the film is suppose to be very old, and pixar put those tiny details, such as cracks in the pavement and paint looking old. Cars is an amazing movie to show you younger children!

My grandkids and I really enjoy watching this film. The story is well written and the loveable characters are wonderfully acted. And of course the Pixar animation is top-notch as well. This steelbook version is very interesting, giving the package a deluxe look to it. Just don't drop it on a hard surface, the case looks like it could easily be dented with a hard impact. Probably for collectors only, and not for children to handle.
