Cars stars Owen Wilson as Lightning McQueen a rookie race car who is obsessed with winning the Piston Cup championship. On his way to the last race he falls out of his trailer and ends up in a little town called Radiator Springs. After destroying the town's main road he is sentenced to fix the road and finds out there is more to life than becoming rich and famous. NASCAR legends Dale Earnhardt Jr. , Richard Petty and Darrell Waltrip provide voices as animated cars that look like their real life rides. I thought this movie was excellent and it was another of Disney Pixar's instant classics that the whole family will enjoy.

This is just a wonderful movie, especially if you're a NASCAR fan. It has all the comparisons to real life racing. It also has some good life lessons about getting away from it all. And tucked into this animated masterpiece is a lesson about being a normal person and not being such a big shot. Life always has opportunities to help others, it is just a matter of deciding when to help and when to be a big shot. Good life lessons for kids. Our family has watched it again and again. Great animation!

I have watched every disney-pixar movie they shown. Cars is the best movie they've ever made and I have enjoyed it from beginning to finish. They've even have a mini-movie/video, it's located on the main menu on the bottom right corner while lightning is still racing(I've seen it and it's cute). My favorite part is when mater teaches McQueen how to "Tractor tippin'". I know you too will enjoy "Cars", I did ('bout 100 times already).

Like many of Pixar's other titles, Cars is a great film. As always the story is well thought out, the characters are fully developed, and the humor is charming as always. In addition, Cars makes use of stunning landscapes and visual effects. The race sequence in the beginning of the film is spectacular, and the desert shots throughout the film are amazing. Pixar wins again with this hit. Be sure to see it!

When movies come out to theaters, I usually wait for others to give their approval or rant on it. Upon hearing good reviews I found out why people of all ages are enjoying this movie. The detail, voices, and storyline are excellent! I couldn't believe how well everything was coordinated in this movie. From the paint jobs, to the camber of the tires and even cities from a bird's eye view.

One of the best Disney movies of all time. It has a great story and it is very funny. Larry the Cable Guy as Mater the tow truck will have you laughing so hard you will want to cry. It is a great family movie. It is even a good movie if you are a adult and have no children it is definately worth watching and worth the purchase.

great family flick. looks good on HD upconvert player. i would recommend the widescreen over fullscreen. one of my favorite movies and im 20. if u havent seen this movie pick it up for the kids in your life. i was expecting more of how they made the movie or atleast some pixar backlot shots but other than that great dvd.

This movie is one of the best Ive seen in awhile. It is a wonderful movie for all ages! For adults, if brings back all the old memories of route 66 and drive-thrus and so on. Its also a great movie for youngsters! my son is 14 months and he loves this movie! We have to watch it at least once a day!

This movie provides children great entertainment. Some teenagers and adults will also enjoy this movie. It has great graphics and an easy to follow plot in the movie. The audio quality is also high quality. This is a movie that I would recommend to any age as a must see movie.

I FINALLY found this movie with a slipcover! Best Buy rules! I had to drive a little further to find it but i finally found the store that had it. The movie itself isn't my favorite, but it's still a cool movie!

its a fantastic movie just because it has an awesome moral story and its great for anyone who wants to watch it. because i will admit im 19 and i love watching disney movies and cars is by far one of my favorites!! love it, you gotta have it!!

Its a pretty good movie so why not. Fun movie for a good price

Not the best Pixar film only because, at the time, of the studios high standards. With that said, it is still leaps and bounds above many of the family offerings released between then and now.

Great story from Disney/Pixar. This was purchased for my 43 year old husband and he just loves it. Too funny, but true. This will be a classic film. One that should be in your library.

This is one of my very favorite Pixar Disney movies. Quality of the movie is awesome, storyline - adorable, characters are believeable. I give this movie 2 thumbs up!

This is a must have for fans of the Disney/Pixar films. It is a great film for fans young and old and is a must buy if you have kids or are just looking for a good movie.

We bought this movie, and it is so funny! The plot of the story is also good. It has talking cars, but what do you expect it's animated and also a movie.

Great Pixar film and conversion to 3D. The only downfall is that the other dics are merely being reissued from the previous blu-ray set. Some NEW special features would have been welcomed for this "ultimate edition." Still, it's CARS in 3D and it's fantastic. You won't be disappointed.

Like most Pixar movies, Cars is something that my whole family can agree to watch. There's enough relate-able material to keep adults engaged and enough slapstick to keep the kids happy. The story is a carbon copy of Doc Hollywood, but that was an OK movie and it works well enough here.

This is the best annimated movie I have ever seen. I love all of Pixar's movie's. This is the best one so far. I hope they make a second one.
