One of them worked, one of them didn't. I spent multiple hours on the phone across the span of 6 days speaking to bestbuy customer service, Carter's customer service and the gift card servicer customer service. Not one person was able to help me. I was not refunded nor was a new card sent out to me even though Best buy customer service, Carter's and the card servicer were all able to identify that the card was coming up as invalid. I'm out $40 and wasted my time. Would not purchase e gift cards again. Just a hassle. 2 stars because 1 of them did work.
