I love this case! I have several Kindle Fires and this is my first Fire case. It is secure and it looks classy. Not sure if they come in more colors, but that is the only thing wrong with mine, I wish it was a different color. I would definitely recommend this to others!!!

This case is constructed of thick materials to keep the tablet well protected. I haven't figured out if it can be used as a stand in horizontal orientation (pictures show it standing alone in vertical orientation, but my application requires horizontal).

this is a fairly slim-line case for a Kindle Fire. Not so rubbery that it's hard to slide into a backpack pocket, not so slick that it falls. cover is scored so it bends in a way that makes it easy to prop the tablet in portrait or landscape mode. Simple and functional.

Sturdy plastic shell fits the Kindle perfectly !!!

Recd the Amazon Fire as a gift, checked out Best Buy website and saw different color covers available. Went to local store and they only had two different models, both black. Cover does its job, but had preferred to get a Blue cover but sales rep said this was that available.

Nothing special about the case. Of course it fits like a glove... its made by amazon. Is it durable? that answer is yes. So why 4 stars? Because the case is not cheap and for the price it could be better or come with a screen protector. Otherwise a decent case to protect the item.

I was disappointed with this cover. It was very flimsy and would not hold the Fire up well to read. . As protection it was alright, but not for reading. I returned it and got a more expensive one that has help up well.

Does all its advertised to do. This is my second Kindle and the improvements keep coming. Now viewable outdoors. Much improved, actually first camera and its got GREAT pixel resolution. More memory ,the whole shebang!

Good case but only for adults, kids can go wild with it

The Amazon case fits my Fire 7" tablet like a glove and has a magnetic catch that keeps it securely open or closed. The "stand" is only a diagonal fold in the front cover which makes it a little unstable and tricky to setup. Overall a good quality case.

All the kindle models so confusing. Didn't fit mine.

Got this case for my daughter's Fire. Solid build and good function. Using it as a fold out stand is a little quirky but I wasn't looking to use it for that anyway. Not sure about the overall protection, but hey - it's for a very cheap tablet.

Bought this over Christmas. After using the "weird" stand features, don't think it is worth the high price tag. Somewhat disappointed, refer to it as my yucky case because of the 5 minutes it takes me sometimes to get the stand to work correctly.

I bought this as a gift for my 4 year old grandson. I took it out and set it up for hime before giving it to him. He refuses to put it down. I would recommend buying a very good case with it.

The Fire case by Amazon fits the Fire very well. It does support landscape viewing; however, because of its slim design, it really isn't ideal for landscape. It is great to protect the product and its use as a reader.
