This case is what Google is all about. Simple design, high end materials and great looks. Its a simple slim case that protects the sides and back of the phone, i do recommend a screen protector for your pixel device though as the lip inst big enough to cover the top of the phone. Only reason i gave it 4 starts is because it needs cleaning every now and the.

Fair Warning: This case DID NOT protect my phone from a 3 foot drop on to a tile floor and Google Support was &^$%$&*# about trying to get any help. I got the same case for my Pixel 2 and that variant was much better then this one for a key reason: the lips that surrounded the screen were much higher, thus protecting the screen from damage when dropped. For some reason the pulled the lip back flush with the phone for the pixel 3, which resulted in my phone breaking. Based on having two versions I would say always go darker with the fabric color or you will realize how dirty your pocket/purse/etc is as the Pink Moon showed dirt FAST while my charcoal on pixel 2 still looks amazing. Fabric Case is very minimal, compliments the phone design well and feels great and lets you grip the phone well, but this version is inferior to the previous release.

Fabric shell feels nice in the hand, not as slippery as the phone, so brings some confidence of not dropping it. Front lip is minimal, so phone still feels very thin in case.

Feels great and form fitting. Not going to protect from damage but I'm not a child or construction worker so no worries here. Looks cool, wife with iPhone is jealous.

I was disappointed with the protection and price of this case. It is a nice looking case, but if I ever dropped the phone I feel my phone would be damaged. $40 for a case should offer better protection from drops. I'm going back to Otterbox.

Purchased and returned it right away. It has a very flimsy and cheap feeling, totally not worth the $40 that Google is charging. I'd rather spend the money for a case that would make me feel like my expensive phone will be protected.
