Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We spent over $2,000 on a new computer, ordered two cases for our new MacBook Pro and wanted to see which case we wanted to keep/which one fit best for our needs. The cases arrived weeks before the computer, yet we were asked specifically by customer service to return these items before the arrival of the computer or forfeit any refund due to Best Buy’s return policy. Upon returning them both to Best Buy (via an extra trip to UPS) they stated that they would need to “review this return” before issuing a refund, which we are still awaiting. Looking for cases elsewhere.
