I'd buy a second one if I needed one

The flap does not cover the laptop compartment, it is zippered. If that's all there is to dislike, then it must be a good product. I cannot comment on durability - it's only 2 weeks old.

Great Messenger Bag

It has plenty of storage space and it's a pretty nice looking bag for its cost. The only complaint I have about it is after quite a bit of stuff in it, I can no longer fasten the flap to the bag.
