Wife has purchased two of these cases in the last 5 months and both cracked to the point where they are unusable. Best Buy says deal with manufacturer for warranty. Manufacturer needs you to prove it wasn't abused to cover under warranty. Do not waste the money on this.

Bought this over priced phone case for my daughter . Had to have the bling ! The cat knocked it off the couch it fell less then 20 inches and broke! I do not recommend it. Doesn't take a shock impact.

Dropped my phone off my desk at school. The case, tempered glass and screen all broke! Horrible case!!!

I purchased this case back in January and have to replace it already within two months. Its a beautiful case, but whenever I drop my phone the case comes completely apart. It comes in two pieces that snap together. I've dropped it three times and every time it drops, a piece of the case breaks off. Its definitely not worth the money. Once again, its a pretty case with no quality.

This case is not worth the $80.00 that it was priced at. It's not even worth $10 to be completely honest. I had my case for about 4 months until it became useless for me. The front cover cracked after dropping my phone ONCE and would no longer stay attached to my phone, it would always fall off when I picked my phone up. The back of the case held up pretty well but I've purchased cases for $8 that have lasted years!! I wanted this case for a long time and it made my day when i was able to purchase it, but it was a total fail. I never write reviews but i dont want anyone else to make the same mistake that myself and others have made with purchasing this over priced case. ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL

This case is very beautiful. I got it on sale at Bestbuy about a MONTH ago! It is very cute in person. The only time that it would break is if you drop it somewhere because the top piece of the case is flimsy... This is not a case to wear everyday... If you are feeling 'fancy' wear it!! Just be careful with it. If you take good care of your phone, (like me and I'm a teenager) you will most likely never break this case. Otherwise... It's beautiful!!

Gave it two stars because it's really pretty, but otherwise it's worthless. I have dropped my phone twice and each time the case came apart and broke. It's being held together with superglue now. So NOT worth the $$$$!!! Wish I was able to return it!!

Poor construction, doesn't fit phone properly (doesn't snap completely closed) breaks easily, and doesn't protect phone. Dropped my phone once on carpet and the case popped off and cracked. Not even a whole month after. And due to this new 15 day Best Buy return policy, I'm stuck with this dud! Never again!! Next time I'll get it directly from the company since they offer warranty.

the crystals are really pretty, a little more than what you usually see with glitter which i really liked. but it makes my phone really heavy and is very bulky. the lip is definitely higher than the screen, though, and there are layers of protection in the back. overall, because of the bulkiness it's going to be returned

This phone case is WAY to expensive for the low quality that it is. I paid 80 dollars for a case, and I expected something quality and a company that would back up its product. I have gotten neither from this case or the company Case-Mate that makes it. When I dropped the case it broke just like the other reviewers have said, only the front piece broke. So I contacted Case-Mate and asked for a replacement front piece because I paid 80 bucks for a case that was now rendered useless to me. The back piece was completely fine, totally unharmed. Case- Mate got back with me via email, and told me that they had a limited warranty on their product but I didn't meet the requirements to have a replacement sent. But "This time only" they would send me a new front piece to the case. BUT before they would do anything I needed to send them all of this- To initiate a replacement claim, please reply with the following information: 1). A photo of the damaged case. 2). Place of Purchase and Date and Image of Receipt. 3). For what device (what cellphone). 4). Name and Shipping address (for replacement once the claim is approved). **Please do not copy and paste as the information will not transmit** Now I paid 80 DOLLARS for this case, and I should not be made to feel like I am doing something wrong because THEIR product broke. I expected quality customer service with my expensive phone case. Is it really that hard to send a customer a 50 cent plastic piece? I even offered to pay the shipping. Talk about customer loyalty this company is burning bridges as fast as their cases break. DONT BUY THIS CASE! You might as well light 80 bucks on fire and call it a day. Total waste of my money, and their customer service is a JOKE.
