crystals were coming off and it should have better

Buying an $80 you would think it would be sturdy, no all the stones were wobbly from the day I purchased it. Had a month and stones already fell out. The stones are being held in by a cheap plastic glue. Not worth it. Should have returned it.

The crystals started to fall off within 2 weeks. Best Buy refused to return. I thought this would last longer considering it was $80.

Stones r coming undone already. Pricy item for it to be falling apart already. I bought 2 one is good but the other is not

Very expensive case and the jewels keep falling off the back

I recently bought the Rose Gold for my iPhone 7 Plus - they've added a sturdy gel insert - which I really like because it gives your phone more protection. I bought this same case in the champagne color a few years ago for the iPhone 6 - it used to come with a plastic insert that snapped on. Sadly, one drop and the bottom of the case broke and cracked my screen (stones are very secure though, none of them came off!). But needless to say, I was very disappointed after having spent $80 on a case... BUT happy to see that Case-mate has improved it by adding the sturdy gel insert, which is why I decided to give it another try because it really is a gorgeous case. ONE OTHER THING I WANT TO ADD..... Yes, this case does make my phone heavier, but I think it's totally worth it. I'd rather have a good quality case with Swarovski quality stones than a cheap knock-off. You get what you pay for.

This is one of the prettier IPhone 7 cases I have seen. Unfortunately it is quite heavy. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it or not. I went back to the store once to return it but ended up keeping it because it is my favorite, but in the long run, I'm not sure Im going to be happy with the weight of it.

I love the design and style of the case. I personally like how the phone has a heavier, bulkier feel when the case is on. The only downfall is that the stones began falling off rather quickly after I bought it, particularly along the edges. I decided not to exchange it for another one. Instead, I put clear nail polish over all the stones, and it has been fine ever since. For an expensive case, I wish the stones would have been more secure, but I still love the case.
