Also, the bumpers on the side inside the case make the phone very durable from dropping. One thing though is because its such a smooth case if you try to put the phone on your dash or in your console it slides all over the place.

I would give it 5 stars, but I can already tell a significant amount of the liquid in the case has evaporated. I've only had the case a month. It is very noticeable. I still love the case though. Love the rose gold glitter and plenty of protection.

Soft outside - hard inner shell

The bottom part of the case that covers the charger and speakers could be better designed. It works but there is no structure and it is a little flimsy. Otherwise, I'm sure I'll get a reasonable protection and usage from it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this phone case for my wife. It is a nice looking case, she has no complaints about it. In my opinion, the case is exactly what it's meant for and that is to cover your phone and make it look nice. Now, how much protection does it provide is another story. It's done a good job so far, but I've always been a little iffy about these type of cases. We haven't put it through a full drop test and we will not be doing it either, but I really do hope that this case does last a good while. One thing I should mention is that Case-Mate has improved their cases over time. Reason why I rated it 3 stars is because of its build construction compared to an Outterbox for example, because I do consider Outterbox being one of the best phone cases for protection. But again don't get me wrong, it's a nice looking case and it is exactly what's it's meant for.
