After having it on for a couple of weeks the crystals started to stick and not flow as nicely as it did when it was new. I also see liquid inside the case.

Silly me, I should have returned it right away but my husband threw out the receipt and box after he put on the new case for me. Somehow with the new case on it switched my ringer off and I can't switch it back on. On top of that I can't get the case off to try and fix it. Haven't had a chance yet to bring it back in and see if the geek squad can help me.

The part of the case that holds the liquid/glitter can come unsealed very easily.
