Once the mineral oil starts to move around, it can capture the small amount of air that was originally in the case and create an air bubble. While most air bubbles will be "normal", we do understand that not everyone will like them. Please be advise that when you purchase a new Case-Mate, it also comes with a lifetime warranty. The warranty is only valid if you still have the originally purchased Case-Mate item. The lifetime warranty covers damages, defects and leaks. This case wasn't my first preference but was the one I liked best out of the others. Wish they would offer a bigger variety of phone cases for this phone. Also, was a bit pricey for it being plastic.

However, she dropped her phone a week later and ended up shattering the screen and having to send her phone in for repairs. Provides no protection at all.

The cut outs for the keys and speaker are on the wrong side. It would work if you put the back of the case on the front of the phone but that's not really practical is it. I will be ordering a new case and bringing this one back

The first time I dropped my phone the case fell off and shattered my screen protector! The case is not secured on your phone very well. I would not recommend to anyone. My $10 case from Amazon is more protective than this!

Terrible case
