Why is the action button still a cutout?

Casetify didnt feel like updating the design of the case so it still has a cutout for the mute switch which is now a button. Definitely shouldve updated the case with a button for the action button. Especially at this price.

Bought this case for my wife as she has been wanting one. Got out to the car and she put it on & immediately hated it. Super slick and the action button wasnt covered. The drop protection is only 8.2. She went and got the one she originally wanted and it was $50 cheaper with an action button cover.

Casetify cases degrade vert fast

I had a casetify on my iphone 14 and it did not protect my phone one bit. It was does not last long because the case degrades very easily. It didnt even last a few months before thr case itself falls apart. It freys with strings and other materials that degrade it. Do not buy unless you expect an expensive case to just fall apart and not protect youf phone,

The mute button is exposed and i dont get all the spots on the side of the case if it could fix that it would be a A+ but this one is getting returned back with otterbox
