    Surprisingly Functional Mirror

The Casetify Mirror Case is actually one that surprises me a lot. Just to state the obvious, it has a functional mirror on the backside of the case. What surprises me is how many times it was actually used for that simple purpose! First let's quickly talk about its phone protection, which is why most of us purchase cases. Casetify has it rated for a 4.9 ft drop. It's not up there with the 10 footers, but a 4.9 ft drop is your typical fall-from-the-waist side drop. I think that's more than sufficient for any phone drop, and probably attributed to the mirror on the back. The case also has surprisingly large front bezels for screen protection. So you can lay it face down and not have to worry so much about scratching your screen. The same can be said about the rear camera bump. The TPU material around the phone is flexible yet sturdy, and the sleep/wake and volume controls are covered with the same material, with the exception of the exposed new action button found on the newer iPhones. It's not the thinnest of cases as you can see how much TPU material is added based on the depth of the charge port. The only con I have about this case is how fingerprint prone the mirror is. If you're a bit on the obsessive compulsive side, you're going to be cleaning this mirror a lot. Using hand lotions and the like won't help this case stay fingerprint free. I use a MagSafe PopSocket with this case, and because the PopSocket sits on it full-time, there is always that area of the mirror that remains clean; I just pull off the PopSocket and use the mirror as designed. Overall I enjoy using this case and I recommend it for those looking to have a mirror handy.

I never though having a mirror on a phone case would be of any use for me, but it's actually pretty handy - working on the house or doing vehicle maintenance sometimes it's quite useful! That said case's main purpose is of course to protect the phone. iPhone 15 camera is sticking so much out that it's pretty much requires a protective case to lay on the flat surface, it would just rest on the camera lenses otherwise, this case has a protective border around the camera assembly as well as the border around the screen to protect your glass surfaces. Front of the case allows for the screen protector to be placed without any interference. Volume and power buttons are protected with the plastic buttons as usual, however the new action button is exposed, which makes it easy to locate without looking at the phone itself. There is also a provision to attach a lanyard next to the phone's power button to provide some extra security. Case does not seem to interfere with the MagSafe magnets at the back of the phone and allows for accessories to be attached and recognized by the phone without any issues, charging speed is not affected either. Great purchase!

The Casetify Mirror case with MagSafe for the iPhone 15 Pro is a fun way to protect your phone while also adding a little touch of style. The case is made of recycled hard rubber materials and has a built-in mirror on the whole back, which is perfect for checking yourself out, looking for something in your teeth, or making sure you’re looking good for a selfie with the rear camera. The case also has a raised lip around the screen and camera, which helps to protect your phone from scratches and drops. Unfortunately, the case also has a rough edge on the back as the mirror is indented a bit from the actual black bumper. It’s also a fairly thick case and feels awkward in the hand compared to my other slimmer cases. Another downside is that the drop protection is only rated to just under 5 feet and that doesn’t inspire much confidence as other cases have twice the drop protection and are more affordable. I also noticed that the case didn’t hold my MagSafe wallet nearly as firmly as my other cases, so the magnet doesn’t seem to be as strong. Overall, I really can’t recommend the Casetify Mirror case unless you want a built-in mirror on the back of your phone case. Here are some of the pros and cons of the Casetify Mirror case: Pros: Decently built Built-in mirror Raised lip around screen and camera Eye-catching design Cons: Thick and bulky design The mirror can be reflective in the sun MagSafe magnet is not as strong as other cases

Over the case is not bad - so let's go through the main items that you buy a case for: 1. Protection - my overall impression is that it provides a fair amount of protection for the phone there is no glass cover so it does not protect from screen scratches so if that is needed you will need something else. It does provide pretty good protection for the rest of the phone - that being said I did not do any type of drop test to check it out it's just based on the feel of the phone with the case on. 2. Esthetics - out of the box it looks great however with some use the mirrored back becomes covered in fingerprints and looks quite dull, I found myself cleaning the back more often than the front. 3. Functionality - The case design is nice - I found no issues in the use of the buttons and they had great touch and feel without having to look at them. I had no issue with the MagSafe connection as the all worked as you would expect. The only thing here that I did not like is the size - it does add some bulk to the phone which seems to be more than other cases I've tried. 4 Easy of install - it was really easy and straightforward on how to install, really easy to put it on and take it off. Bottomline - the case itself is pretty good, it’s a little more bulk than I would like however the mirror finish would be a no-go for me, if you're one of those people who has to continually clean your screen this will drive you crazy as it picks up stuff every time you pick up your phone If you want something other than the mirrored back I would recommend the case

This is my first time using a Casetify Case. I say that, but then the case was kidnapped by my partner. Why? First, this case as a mirrored service on the side of the main camera. It has been scratch resistant (so far) but my partner loves it because she has been using it to take family selfies with the better iPhone 15 camera. What I like is the case provides all round coverage, with a good trade off between size and protection. USB C port is easily accessible and all my my chargers fit. If I have one complaint it's that the iPhone Action button is hard to reach, as Casetify haven't given it a physical button but it sits recessed inside the case. This is similar to how old style pre-iPhone 15 cases work. This may be good for some who worry about the Action Button being a button, but I have found it's hard to accidentally engage the action button so recessing it inside the case is just a little annoying. What I will say, as it's not obvious from the picture is the case DOES support Magsafe. It held on tight when attached to the magsafe adapter in my car and the 3rd party magsafe battery was rock solid and stable. If you're looking for a great case to protect your phone, that makes family selfies better, this is an excellent case.

CaseTiFY - Mirror Case with MagSafe for iPhone 15

Overview - CaseTiFY - Mirror Case with MagSafe for Apple iPhone 15 Pro is a solid case. The mirror back is a fingerprint magnet. Slick as well which can tend to slide in your hands a bit. I like the design and the overall product except the mirror back. I couldn’t really use it as a mirror which seems counterintuitive for a mirror back phone. Build quality - Very good materials. Corners, Covers all camera lens, covers the front if it lands flat, it will land on the case and not your phone, if you drop on top of a sharp rock, all bets are off as with any case that doesn’t inlcude a front shield. I like the fact that it has the right build to help with the shock factor if you drop your phone. Some people may like the mirror back, but I think the finger prints gathering on the back isn’t the best experience at least for me. I still would use this type of case if you want a case to protect the cameras and the front of the phone. I would recommend a screen shield to protect the front glass no matter what else you buy for your phone. The black edging around the camera and side looked really good.
