Excellent steelbook graphics on this one, the matte black paint job on this one is extremely condition sensitive to scratches so make sure you pick out a nice copy, some may be more damaged than others even when brand new. If you are interested in this more for the movie, this is my favorite team up of DeNiro and Pesci out of all the movies they did together over the years.

Good film, great cast, great case. Not Scorcese's best but still good

Casino and Goodfellas are two favorite movies of mine, and Martin Scorsese directing with Robert Di Nero and Joe Pesci starring is a key reason. I know it is often available to watch on cable, but this is a movie I want to watch without commercials and censoring.On top of that, every so often I like to make full use of my 4K capable Blu-ray and television.

The picture quality is a substantial upscale compared to the blu ray.

In early-1970s Las Vegas, low-level mobster Sam “Ace” Rothstein gets tapped by his bosses to head the Tangiers Casino. At first, he’s a great success in the job, but over the years, problems with his loose-cannon enforcer Nicky Santoro, his ex-hustler wife Ginger, her con-artist ex Lester Diamond and a handful of corrupt politicians put Sam in ever-increasing danger.

This movie is a classi and the 4k transfer takes it to another level.

Love this movie and it's even better in 4K UHD!! One of my favorites!

One of my all time favorites, and this 4K Ultra HD version does not disappoint in breathing fresh air into a cinematic marvel. It doesn't make it look like a modern film, but it definitely freshens it up to within the last fifteen years. Beautiful picture and great audio.

The movie, of course, is excellent. And the 4k upgrade was well worth it. The colors from the casinos and the clothes really popped and the sound mix was great as well. I think the soundtrack shined especially. This is worth the upgrade to 4k.

It’s Casino!!! This is an all time classic! You can’t go wrong with this movie! So many great actors in this movie. This is one you should own for sure. I’ve seen this movie so many times I know it by heart. Word for word!

Casino is that perfect movie to match with Goodfellas, and I would say I liked Casino a little more! DeNiro and Pesci are solid as always inhabiting their roles and seeing Las Vegas in the past controlled by the mafia is a thrill.

One of the highest quality scans in my collection. The COLORS jump off the screen and show you Vegas in a whole new light. Classic storytelling is reborn in the format it truly deserves.

This is great movie made even better in 4K quality. I hadn’t seen it before, and wanted to own the physical copy to avoid needing to stream it at (presumably) 1080p. I was not disappointed, the movie lived up to the hype.

It's hard to believe that it has been over 20 years now since this movie came out. Released 6 years after GoodFellas, many of the same cast reunite in this classic mob tale that is also based on a true story.. Without getting in to details, this is a great movie that should be owned by any mob movie lover. It's not a Godfather or even a Goodfellas, but it is still one of the all time greats! Highly recommended!!

Glad to finally own a steel for this excellent movie.

Why oh why is this film not more famous? Maybe because some people think it's "not as good as" Goodfellas, or it treads somewhat over some of the same territory ... which is long saying Othello is not as good as Hamlet! No, this stands alone, and it's a grand story, told in a way that only movies can tell it, with great actors and technical crew under the loving guidance of a Master. This film will be rediscovered someday, but why wait? Beat the rush!

Personally, if you are going to purchase the movie-I recommend buying the Blu-ray over the 4k-unless the 4k is on sale. I bought the 4k on sale; so I’m happy...but I wouldn’t buy full price for it. Blu ray would’ve just fine or wait for a sale.

This move is a classic and the 4K release is excellent both for visual and sound quality. Scorsese, Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci and Sharon Stone again shine. If you’ve never seen it or haven’t seen in awhile, 4k is the way to go.
