We surprised our new son-in-law by the name of Ray a new keyboard, which he plays piano. A piano for our “Ray Charles”.

It was a birthday gift for my grandson, he spends hours in his room on YouTube learning how to play it. When I can afford it I will definitely pay for him to have lessons.

Wish it were larger. I made a mistake and got the white one. It plays/sounds good and I would recommend it.

This Casio is ok if you just want to familiarize yourself with the keys and very basic piano, but you'll probably outgrow it pretty quickly. Pros: Lots of features, sounds, and rhythms Portable Cons: -Mediocre sound/speakers -Not touch sensitive/velocity sensitive. Piano is short for pianoforte which means the instrument should be able to play soft and loud. Because this piano lacks velocity sensitive keys, your ability to play expressively is almost non-existent. Overall, this instrument isn't badly priced, but it has serious limitations that will limit your learning and enjoyment. Spend 30-50 more dollars and get something better.
