Good movie and for 5 bucks you can't go wrong. Needed it to complete 3 for purchase

I did like this movie but found it very slow moving.

i hadn't seen this movie in a while and decided to revisit. This one didn't age well. The last 30 minutes are all over the place. Definitely a rental, not a buy.

I have gotten two copies so far, and both of them froze up on me. I need to return it again, and hope I get one that actually works. The only movies I have trouble with are 20th Century Fox. All the other brands work fine.

This is one of Tom Hanks best performances. More than half the movie, his co-star was a volleyball. That is great acting. The blu-ray transfer is pretty good, however, it is grainy in some scenes still. I would definitely recommend this movie. It has a lot of heart and shows how great the human spirit can be. I don't know how any of the previous reviewers gave this movie 2s or 3s. Its one of the great movies of our generation and deserves a better score than "twilight" or some of the other garbage that is out today.

This is one of the only movies ever that brought me close to tears. It really brings to life what I believe is one of everyone's deepest fears of being stranded on an island alone having to survive. One of the best movies I have ever seen!! Everyone must see, and buy, this movie!!!

Tom Hanks at his best! How does he do it? Amazing acting on his part almost for the majority of the movie. This movie is very much entertaining. Great job Tom!!

I was very happy when I saw this movie at the price it was at. It's such a well developed movie with a world-class actor. You can never go wrong with this movie.

Kept your interest at bay....was he really going to survive and how could he make it back to the real world.

Even though you know he won't die, its a thrill ride watching how he survives and to what lengths he will go. Great movie.
