I own all of the previous Castle seasons and was on the edge about watching the new season. I was hoping for the best and as they say, (who are they, really) but prepared for the worst. It wasn't the worst but it, in my opinion went off the rails when the two leads were not working together as a team as much and I did not dig the whole P.I. story line. To sum up, it was a bit better than alright.

Liked the series when it started but fell off in the later to last season. Bought to finish the collection.

While this was not a bad season by any means, the ending was very rushed. The early season of Castle are extreme addicting.

I am really bummed that they cancelled this show. I loved castle and Beckett. They never should have gotten rid of her.

The product itself is just fine--the content suffered as the show came apart after feuding between the stars.

Ending not satisfying. Loose ends not tied up. Contracts of characters killed one of the best shows

I liked the castle story. This was the finally to the tv show. Wish they didnt stop the show.

I have not watched the DVD yet, but I saw this final season when it aired on regular tv. Good show

It wasn't the greatest season but if you like the show you need to get the final season!

At the end it could of been wrapped up better but they had to do this very quickly.

This is my first chance to see this series and this one was year 8......I enjoyed it and will continue to finish this set but it is not really a family type movie so I will probably not continue watching the other years...................Would recommend this series to people who like action movies.............

I have all of the other Castle series movies and I have loved all of them up to now.

Another great season of Castle...completed our collection, was just hoping for more...

Love the series hated to see it end, but at least I can still watch it all over again!

Been following Castle and Beckett since season 2. Glad their tale had a happy ending.
