This grill is great and cooks food very well. However the metal grate systems that allows for even cooking is extremely hard to clean even with the small tool that is included.

Cleaning of grates not so easy. Always a ton of built up ad you must remove grates to clean properly.

I like the product but find it difficult to clean after use.

The coating on the grates began peeling after the first time I used it. Char-Broil sent a replacement set of grates and I followed their cleaning instructions to the letter, but it didn't matter - the second set began peeling just like the first. I believe the porcelain coating is defective. I returned the product.

Horrible I had the grill for a month without using it. I finally used it a hand full of times and something went wrong with it and one side stopped working and started shooting flames out the side and front. it also blew the grates right off the channels they sit in. After 2 months of back and forth with charbroil they sent me the guts to the grill. I wouldn't recommend this for how expensive it is

Worst grill I've ever bought. Contacted Char broil they will give me $ 40 towards a new grill and I get to keep this piece of junk. If you like your meat steamed and tasteless get this grill.

I've had this gill for few years to learn that the grill is defective. The design of the grate is defective and I am not getting any support from the manufacturer, Char-Broil. Because there is too small holes on grates, cooking debris are left on the grill and is impossible to clean them. As a result, grate has to be cleaned thrall every grill and still unable to clan even with a provided tool by manufacturer, all therefore the grill smokes whole time grilling. Smoking is normal when grilling but this grill smokes too much that it is impossible to grill anything, Char-Broil customer support is very poor. I try to make claims few times and they seems to be playing dumb and kept saying sorry but would not do anything of it. I am sure this is a known issue as anyone who owns will have this excessive smoke problem. Don not buy this grill or any Char-Broil brand. It is an advise from very unhappy user.
