    I bought this on line but had to return it back because it would not turn on , bestby send me replacment , and it turned on, I like the fact that it keeps my tea warm for sometimes , on negative side beside the return , the base seems cheap material and color is faded somewhat ,therwise I had it for about one week now , so far working fine
