Chefman Air Fryer -- Irresponsible Company!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Less than one year ago I received the Chefman 2.5L Digital Air Fryer Black/Stainless Steel fryer as a gift. The insert basket started peeling within several months. I wrote to the Chefman company and received the following back -- what a joke! "Thank you for providing us with the necessary information! At this time, we no longer carry the model you have, along with any of the parts for it. We try our best to accommodate and make our customers happy, so I have come up with an alternative for you. I am excited to offer you a one-time use 20% off of the MSRP, for an upgraded models of your choice." I'm currently not using the product because of the peeling basket liner. However, on Amazon I purchased " Air Fryer Parchment Paper, Set of 200, 7.5 inch Square Air Fryer Liners/Bamboo Steaming Paper for Air Fryer" so hopefully I'll be able to resume using my fryer. In summary, I feel Chefman's reply to repair or fix an inferior basket is very irresponsible. I'd recommend looking at a different brand to purchase!!

does not cook well very slow

Big waste of money. Unit takes forever to cook. the thermostat varies on its own. I will be returning this back to the store this week and ordering the one I wanted online.
