I love this oven. It toasts things really fast and now I finally have a way to heat up frozen and leftover fries so they're nice and crispy. It gets hot enough that we had to move the framed picture that was behind it on the wall after we started smelling burning plastic, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to take.

This is a great air fryer! Having the large capacity is excellent for working as a multi-tool in the kitchen. I've found that air fryer recipes don't quite correlate to this appliance and I find that I need to increase the time and temp a little bit to get things right.

Maybe it's too big to air fry items like its smaller counterparts. Everything takes longer than when frying items in smaller units. It does a great job of warming up large amounts of items, like leftover chicken wings. Also, the door doesn't securely shut, so it feels like some heat is lost. Only one wire rack can be used at a time. I wouldn't recommend this model at full price. I didn't think I'd prefer digital display over the knobs, but I do now.

I purchased this with high hopes of a high-performing air fryer/convection oven combo. The first 10 uses had intermittent blue and white smoke with a pungent odor. Okay, ignore that, move on. Started using the air fryer function- no matter how I prepared the food, any amount of oil resulted in oil droplets that fell onto the heating bar, and this causing a pungent smoke. Fast forward 1 month (this morning) and I turned on the toaster function, and INSTANTLY heard a loud buzzing sound and the back of the oven, where the electric wire inserts, was ON FIRE! No, no no. This is not a quality appliance, and I returned it ASAP this morning. I had high hopes!

Love, love this oven. Tried two others as one overheated and very hot each time. The other one, had two racks but so close together could only use one. This one, placement racks great and doesn't put out so much heat on outside of unit. Very user friendly and all options work good.

Great oven,has all the functions except rotisserie.Can cook small pizzas 9 in, bought so I didn't have to heat up oven.

I bought this from all the other good reviews. However, after using it a few times I noticed some possible defects. The upper heating elements turn on when you bake. To my knowledge only the bottom heating elements should turn on. My food got crispy and a little burnt while baking from the upper heating elements. Hmmmm. Also when turning the timer knob it turns crooked. The air-fryer works well... haven't tried the other options yet.

Love this air fryer after 3 days of using it. The first day was to turned the pork belly into roast pig and the second day was for air frying quails. The skin on the pork belly was crispy. It tasted so good. Wish would have buy one earlier. Got this on sale for a great price.

Does as it says, have air fried works great, value good looks as it will hold up for long time using

I really like this product, wish it had come with better instructions & recipe book. I’m having to learn as i go...for example, the fryer basket should be on a shelf by itself for the air to circulate around it!!! I had put the tray under the basket to catch the crumbs!!!

I bought this as a Christmas present and house-warming gift for a friend in mid-Dec. My friend did not have a chance to test out the oven until mid-Jan., when she moved into her new place. Unfortunately, the oven did not work when she tried it out. We had to re-pack the oven and when I brought it back to Best Buy, I was told I brought it back 5 days beyond their return policy. I am seriously not happy with Best Buy. Not only did “Best Buy” sell me a defective product, but I had to waste my time and energy & my friends time & energy to transport a huge box, re-pack into the styrofoam forms, and again transport the huge box to my house and then to “Best Buy”, just to be told i am stuck with an unusable appliance. The manager at the West LA store was also not very helpful and said I should just give it away. My new name for the store is Worst Buy. I’m extremely displeased.

Bought this for my girlfriend. She loves it a lot and so do I. She makes everything in this. I especially love how chicken legs come out using the air fryer function. Crispy juicy and so much healthier than using oil to fry them. Would definitely recommend this Chefman!

Bought this a Christmas gift for newly weds. They report it works very well so far, but haven't yet tried the "air fryer" feature. Everything else is great. Easy to set up and use, good instructions and a nice recipe book included. I'll add more later if anything changes.

This oven is good for bake, pizza, cookies. For air fryer, you more time to cook than the regulars air fryers. The buttons are always hot, no matter what method you use, if you toast, bake, cook, the buttons get very hot and you have to wait a bit. I was out of time to return it, because they closed the best buy close to home but I had to return it. I have never burned my hands or fingers while cooking.

Very high quality. Good toaster oven. Nice that it can do air frying too so it is one less appliance on the counter.

It is a good little air fryer But about 6 months into the purchase starting giving out luckily I bought the protection plan took it back deciding to get a different one I gave it 3 stars because it works really good to any problem on my end was that the functions Knob got stuck in 6 months
