Was a xmas gift and turned into being his favorite thing to cook with, no issues so far and was bought in 2019. It's used just about daily

I'm not impressed with the overall design of the product...or the performance. First of all, the outside dimensions of the oven seem to be larger than needed for its actual inside capacity. This makes it more difficult than necessary to find appropriate counter space to accommodate it. Secondly, the placement of the control knobs directly over the door opening puts them in a hot place. Placing them on the side of the door would have made more sense and would have cut down on the height of the oven. Finally, the air fryer operation leaves a lot to be desired. The food actually came out soggy. Two thumbs down, just be careful of those thumbs when operating the controls.

The appliance was packaged well. Instructions were simple and easy to understand. I loved the included cookbook. The toaster oven/air fryer was very sleek and modern with the stainless steel design. I could not wait to use the product. We tried all the options and each time, It took double the recommended cook time to cook the food thoroughly. After each test cook the food came out extremely dry. However, the food was very crispy. Truth is, I would not recommend this product. The only positive thing I have experienced with this product was the unboxing, The cute design, and packing it back up in it’s box and putting it in my storage closet.

Pretty good toaster oven. The air fryer function isn’t the best. It does have a large basket for lots of fries and mozzarella sticks, etc. Easy to use dials.

I received this as a Christmas gift last year. It worked great for the first 2 months then it kept tripping my gfci breaker. Luckily I still had the box and all the packaging. I went to exchange it. Hooked up the new one and again, it worked great, but then the timer stopped working. It was inconvenient but it still cooked, I just set a timer on my phone. I used it last night to make dinner. Then this afternoon I went to cook something and it is no longer producing heat. At this point I no longer have the box. I don't know what to do. Especially with the current situation we find ourselves in. So frustrating.

Our first one shorted the knobs (I think) so some of the functions didnt work therefore we were using it as a fancy toaster until a factory warranty replacement came in. The second one, while using it, saw a short on the back where the power plug went into the unit and it stopped working. This was in June. Chefman customer service said it was out of stock (wonder why Best Buy have some posted for sale) and that no inventory until August. Follow up beginning of August and they informed it would be 4 weeks. Replied back and they are now saying 14 days. Number 3 is now TBD. Great when it's working which is why the 2 stars.

I should've done more research before I purchased this. Many people claimed, that to doesn't produce indicated amount of heat after about 3-4 months of use, and its absolutely true. after about 6 months of use, I measured the heat at maximum of 450 degrees and it was around 380 instead, I picked it up on 11/28/19 and it just stopped working all together. Heating rods don't turn on at all. I never had a toaster quit in less than one year of use. Best Buy wouldn't stand behind the product, claiming I have to go through Chefman, through manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately, Chefman can't replace it, because this model is discontinued and I'll have to wait until late November or possibly December, to receive a new replacement unit. Unacceptable !!! NO MORE CHEFMAN OR BEST BUY for me!

Fell in love with this air fryer in the beginning because of the size and various cooking options. Unfortunately the air fryer only lasted 5 months before it broke. The thermostat went out burnt the door. It set off the fire alarm. The door latch also broke off. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a better quality replacement.

Our Chefman was manufactured in 8/2019. We purchased on 11/10/19 and it met its demise on 2/26/20. We really liked it at first!! Did everything you'd expect it too!! Until it filled the kitchen with smoke and you could smell burned wires. Thank goodness that's where it ended and it didn't cause a fire. Just beware if you purchase this item.

Theres only one grate thats open for air circulation and can sit on its own. The basket has to sit on another tray, the solid tray does not allow the air to circulate. It doesnt brown or crisp food well because of this. I tried to buy another grate but they dont sell additional accessories for this. Really feel disappointed in this purchase. Also seemed like it wasnt as powerful the last few months Ive had it, didnt crisp my chicken tenders

I purchase this on 2/1/2020 but on 4/11/2020 while using it, it flashed a bright white light on the back of the oven with a loud popping sound. It did this twice so I unplug it immediately. It is no longer working. I contact the warranty department and now I am getting the run around.

Tried warming up some pizza and the unit started arcing from the general power-cord area. Burned a hole through the enclosure and near started a fire. Thank God I was in the kitchen when that happened so I could power it off before the house burned down.

I purchased this for the Air fryer, and it is not good at all!
