Hardly used it to date

I have hardly used my toaster oven the few times i have i noticed it smells like it's burning and that is after it's completed toasting/baking. I try to remember to disconnect it after use. It does what a toaster oven is supposed to do.

Works fine but...

It’s not food because I never put food directly on it. Also you could get food off but this doesn’t budge. I’m afraid to use it.

Flimsy construction and no broil setting

When we received it, it had 3 dents on the top and a scratch. It also had no broil setting. I don't remember the last time I saw a toaster oven without a broil setting. Considering there are toaster ovens that are better-made and do have broil settings, I don't understand the appeal or existence of this product.
