Makes great waffles

Also, it is very easy to store, as the cord wraps neatly underneath. But there are a few caveats that you should seriously consider before buying this device. 1) The machine gets HOT, all over hot, including the clip that opens it. Unless you wear a glove, you WILL get burned anywhere you touch the thing. So I highly discommend this device for a house with kids. 2) The batter does sometimes overflow, even if you measure the correct amount with the included cup. It is easy to clean, though. 3) While the machine has a crispness dial, if you don't turn it up to the maximum, you will get a soggy, undercooked waffle. So, really, you don't get a choice of settings. 4) The machine has a blue light to indicate when the waffle is done, but it is very hard to see unless you cup your hand over it. I would have returned this after one use, but I'm lazy, and it basically does what I need it to do.
