The product is good. Using the buy and pick-up was a joke. I wasted so much time as they made me go from one line to another, around a maze. They had two different registers, one for pick-up and one for in-store. I called the pick-up outside the store but was directed to an automated service. The score is for the lack of their service.

Doesn't cook long well. took me 10 minutes to get the mess out of the maker once cooked .

Overflows every single time. Impossible to see marks in the measuring cup when batter is put in it. Either overcooks or undercooks regardless the temp setting. Would have never bought this. Will probably toss it. My old basic waffle maker worked 100 times better than this one and was less expensive than this one was when it was on sale.

It was the worst waffle maker I have ever bought. No matter how much mix you put in, it will always overflow. When you go to open it to take out the waffles, you always get burned by the hand, because the handle is very uncomfortable. To clean it is a nightmare. I have several very good Chefman's items, but this one doesn't work.

It’s an ok purchase but poorly designed. Sometimes the blue light won’t go off.

Tried it and got super frustrated starting with the first use. Set it to cook just above medium. The light came on signifying it was done only to find a bunch of uncooked dough. Tried the highest setting and left in longer and never got more than a doughy mess. Tried other batter and no better results. Returning it.

Was sold on the idea of the waffle maker being anti over flow but when I opened was not impressed with the quality. Plastic parts were really poor quality. Finish was rough and uneven. Did not feel safe cooking waffles for my family with this

Was excited for this waffle maker. Constant spills and only lasted 2 weeks before heating element gave out. I would not recommend.

This was a great buy and to use item. Cleaning it was just as easy. Great for the kids or grand kids.

i really like waffles and wanted to be able to have them at home instead of just at restaurants, this unit is an inexpensive entry into the that market, and it works easily and perfectly.

Nice small size and doesn’t take up much space on the counter. Thing is, it will overflow. I had to experiment a bit with the batter consistency and I had to put oil/cooking spray because the first waffle I made stuck on both sides. I noticed that there were fingerprints on the top lid and the insides had some minor batter or residue on it so I don’t think I this was completely new when I got it...

Works very well, produces nice waffles (not Belgian, just regular). Batter should be thick and it will not run over. Use pancake recipe from Am Test Kitchens, let batter sit 10 minutes before using and it will be thick.
