Bought 2 of these air fryers to replace 2 Insignia Analog Air Fryers that were recalled…(it’s been over a month since I returned them, still no reimbursement), but anyway…I loved the Insignia brand because it had a great basket feature that allowed the entire food basket to be lifted from the Air Fryer drawer (leaving the mess behind)…best feature ever! These Chefman units do not do that, you need to manually remove the food with tongs (something else to clean, instead of being able to just dump the food onto a plate). The digital touchscreen is horrible, it automatically goes to 15 minutes at 400 degrees…won’t shut off when the “cancel/stop” button is pushed, and just difficult to use. I much prefer the analog interface and removable basket….my search continues…I’m gifting the 2nd air fryer, or just use it in my outdoor bar.

Had to return as a piece in the inside broke. Others than that it was ok.

The screws fall off and goes in your food & that’s hazardous

still learning how to operate it and with different food items. a work in progress.

Hard to close basket and seems to overheat. Other than that it is ok.

Its hard to open and close it when you are grabbing the handle ..You have to use your other hand and hold the product...When you hit stop you have to keep going back and forth to get it to stop...Only bought cause of sale price..Would not recommend.

Do not purchase!!! It stop working within two months. The manufacturer warranty does not help out certain individuals. Avoid at all cost. Save your money use another brand.
