    I have used this cooker twice and it does work as advertised. I would caution that if you make soft boiled eggs you have to cool them down or they will continue to cook to hard boiled. It is a quick way to get eggs done. I highly recommend using distilled water.

    Very Easy to use, There was a suggestion of using distilled water, which I used on the 3rd and 4th attempt. Same result happened with either type of water. The only problem I had happened during the cleaning, It was suggested that one use vinegar. I didn't use it the 1st time but could see the benefit after using it the 2nd and successive uses.
