Quick and simple, small so it fit on the counter in my office took up next to ZERO space. But unfortunately, 9 months into my purchase, the heating element is on the fritz and all it makes is a bunch of loud popping sounds and steam shoots out the side now and again. I looks like it has a permanent filter, so no replacing that. But I always used filtered or bottled water to hopefully extend the life of the product. Great when it was working, sad that I didn't get my coffee this morning.

We still had to purchase a travel mug for her to use.

I've tried the pre-loaded pods and also the reusable pod with my own coffee. Both worked fine. What I'm still trying to gage is how much water to how much coffee in order to come out with a strong enough but not too strong cup. I had to try out various mugs to see what balanced the best on the grate but that's been easy enough. The price was definitely right.
