The only downside is the lid of the reusable k-cup broke fairly quickly and we haven’t found a replacement that fits the machine. Also, the coffee splatters a bit when brewing.

Great Little Pod Coffee Maker

Got this little unit for a fraction of the price. It's not a Keurig. Haven't tried using a K-pod in it because it comes with a refillable filter. If all you want is a single cup of coffee quickly before you head out the door in the morning, this little unit delivers.

I went with this versus the Keurig one because you can fit a tall coffee mug. Additionally, this already has a refillable keurig pod. The only thing to keep in mind is this doesn't have a reservoir, so you have to fill each time.

Small but slow

However, it takes a significant amount of time to brew a cup of coffee. I returned it for that reason. I’m usually rushing to make coffee as i run out the door for work.

Love the Speed

It is a little difficult to get the basket clean, but I'm improvising with a toothbrush. I got two extra coffee baskets so I can use my own brand of coffee and save money and be ecologically sound. Thanks!!
