Do NOT buy anything from Chefman!!

I understand it’s still within return policy but can not return it because I am under quarantine due to being immunocompromised. So I reached out to chefman support. It took them three days to respond asked me for A TON of information which I sent back in about an hour. I then got another email four days later saying that they can’t do anything for several months and how I wanted to proceed. I asked what my options are and have not heard anything back (it’s been almost a week). I will not be buying ANYTHING from them again as their “support” is non existent and I recommend everyone stay as far away from this brand as you can!!!

Makes an OK cup

I like my coffee on the stronger side. I tried using my own coffee and the pods but could not get the flavor I wanted. If you prefer a weaker cup of coffee I would recommend.

Had to continue to add water for each k-cup to make desired amount. Although I must say it does brew rather quickly.
