It works just as good as a Keurig but I still prefer a regular coffee pot for the taste.

After 2 months the coffee is brewed but cold. Easy to use and nice design.

Sucks because I really like this product. It was all good gave me great coffee everyday and then just like that it stopped pumping water through. Time for another brand.

Great for the price and very space efficient. Doesn’t get very hot though, but hot enough.

Water does not get hot enough with first cup and drips a little after done.

I bought this for my elderly father. It’s too difficult for him to get the lid closed. You have to push down really hard with two hands and it feels like you’re going to break the whole unit because it’s very light weight.

Even buying this coffee maker on deal of the day, its still not worth it. Returning to store. Coffee was rather weak, constant brew problems and after 3 uses, it began screaming. When it did work it left coffee grounds in cup and it did not matter if I used a pod or the filter that came with the instacoffee. Very disappointed.

It worked fine for couple of months though later stop working and making too much scary noise; reached out to manufacturer as they mentioned to give 1 year warranty though even after several follow ups no action taken. Its worst experience with Chefman. I will never buy any product from Chefman.

It looks easy to use, but 2 days after the return dated ended, it stopped working. Hard to read the water level. Not worth it

doesn't take the k cups; you can only use the single serve pod that you fill that comes with the machine; otherwise you have coffee grounds in your coffee

I bought this product for my wife and was very disappointed when I discovered that the pictured tumbler was not in the box. Since the coffee maker does not come with the tumbler, it's way overpriced.

Bought it when it was deal of the day ignoring some reviews about it being messy, they were true, if you want it for your office I would not recommend it because it spills when pouring

Horrible product...had for 1 1/2 months and it went to crap! Started with making a cold cup of coffee, which we had to stick in the microwave. Then as you were brewing you could see the liquid coming through was clear (i.e. water!), which gave a great cup of cold colored water. Then noticed the well that holds the water would have an ounce or two of water sitting in it after the brewing cycle was done and finished. Not even 50 days of use and its a piece of junk. Don't waste your money on this!!!

Got this on a deal of the day so the price was good but only worked for a few months. I have been waiting on a replacement for 2 months now from the manufacturer.

I haven’t used it yet I try to return it but I waited to lat it wasn’t what I thought i I didn’t read the description I thought the cup came with it
