Pod coffee maker

It is incapable of making 14oz as advertised. The water that comes out is only lukewarm. I have asked Best Buy to let me return the device, but they said to wait until the covid19 restrictions are lifted. It’s a piece of junk in my opinion.

I called the manufacture and they were no help. The troubleshooting online was just the worst.

It's a waste of money and the machine itself feels cheap. You get what you pay for dont waste your money in this machine.

Quit working

If there is something wrong with the product they don't ship in Hawaii for replacement and do not give you any option but to throw away the product, if you still have the warranty Best Buy can help you better.
