Broke after 5 days

It doesn’t heat up and is just blowing cold air. I followed the instructions and cleaned it just as the instructions said to. I am so disappointed that it broke that fast.

I was told by a lot of different people that when you have different positional trays, the things on the bottom don't get cooked as well since the fan is on the top.
