This thing looks amazing to start off!! Styling and aesthetics!So easy to read and use with a digital touch pad with icons and words lit right on the face of the machine. The start/stop button and jog dial placed right on top making everything convenient to use. It has designated buttons for cooking your fries, meat, fish, and shrimp, as well as chicken and then for your rotisserie and dehydrating food, last but not least ..baking!! It is extremely spacious but at the same time doesn't take up a huge amount of counter space.It comes with everything you need as far as attachments. Giving you a rotating fry basket.. mesh trays for dehydrating..a spike to do a rotisserie chicken entirely..Digital display and a viewing window. Coming from using a top of the line deep fryer with cooking oil and the residual grease.. to no this air fryer.. the fries were still nice and crispy golden brown.. cooked with ease and little to no mess. Next we're going to try the full rotisserie chicken. Overall I'd highly recommend this to others looking to get an all in one device that is a piece of jewelry for your kitchen!

Does what it is supposed to do. Top cooks faster so you have to switch racks around to cool stuff evenly. Trays are very flimsy and will bend very easily.

This seems a bit cheaply made and was hard to figure out with timer and it was a bit glitchy. I returned it and bought a different type.

I like the product because it looks very elegant, but not enough space in between racks. I makes for a messy cooking experience.

Have used it twice so far. It is ok quality. The racking space is tight and does not allow putting enough food on them.

The tests are very fragile and hard to clean. Although I do like the lights and multi function. It's just too hard to use.

I never write reviews but this purchase was such a disappointment. Upon using it for the first time, i noticed it was already used since I saw scratch marks but was most likely professionally cleaned. I figured no big deal. But I also noticed the “stop” button wouldn’t end the cooking process so I would have to unplug the oven or open the door while it was still running in order for it to stop. Knowing that I had to keep doing this, I was concerned that this air fryer might short circuit eventually. Got this air fryer during the early Black Friday sale and it’s already dead. The touch screen buttons have all the lights on, but have completely stopped functioning. Upon reading the negative reviews, it turns out I’m not the only person who’s encountered problem.

Food cooked nicely but the rack are loosen and small space between the rack, couldn't load more food then 3 or four drumsticks..

Stay away from this trash! When it worked, it worked great. But one day it literally just wouldn't turn on. I think it blew a fuse or something. I got in touch with Chefman Customer Support, and they asked to me to take pictures and a video (which I did) to demonstrate the problem, and then told me that when they get more stock they would send a replacement. That was months ago. They keep telling me that they don't have any in stock, and when I asked them if I could just send them the defective unit and they cut me a check for a refund they simply denied my request and told me that (they don't operate that way). This thing didn't even last me and my wife a year. Terrible product.
