After a 3rd use, the air fryer would not start, immediately. After the 4th use, the item began to smoke during use then shuts off with an error message. I will be returning this item an will purchase a better item. In addition, i don't feel that this product cooked sea food evenly.

Very noisy. It sounds like a jet taking off. Takes up quite a bit of room on my counter. Was hoping for more recipes included in paperwork. Will be returning.

Not very friendly to be clean, I purchase the oven to make my life easier but this sano the case for me returned

Product's door is removable, but the hinge is poorly designed because the plastic hooks will eventually break. The product is also difficult to clean.

Things started out ok but quickly went down hill. I had less than 1 year and it will not turn on anymore. I had to tighten the door once also because it became unhinged and loose. Save your money and buy a different brand.

Shipping box was damaged. Just gave fryer to nephew for his birthday last week and light doesn’t work. Will be returning

Absolute garbage - didn't even last a couple weeks until it shorted outand now I have to return it taking two buses to get to a store as that's the only way. If it works and doesn't break, it has some decent functionality but cooks very slow and a very low power even if you only have one tray.

this was a replacement for the same product and only lasted 1 year agin so I changed brand

Another dud! stop working after 2 months, this is my second air fryer form best buy. I loved this until it stopped working

You have to rotate the food from the top to the button otherwise the one is on the top is going to be burn and the others raw.

Love it at first. Hinge for the door broke within months of light use.

The air fryer would not turn on after a month of purchase and the return date for bestbuy had expired. I had to contact chefman for a replacement and need to wait 2 Month to receive a new. Can’t say if the purchase is worth it.

Broke after used for a couple of days and the tray that goes with it is too sharp after few wash.

Was great until it just stopped working, We have had this air fryer for about 4 months and one day it just wouldn't turn on. I contacted customer service and filed a warranty claim, so I will update my review once I see how that goes. This is one that the protection plan might be a good buy on.

The door got broken in 1 day. Works well though. I would recommend this just because its not that expensive

This air fryer has a smell. The smell gets on the food and then makes me feel sick. Going to return!

The worse air fryer ever. It came without a manual. It looked new but stopped working after 3 usages. I know two people that also had to return the same item as we all got it around Christmas. Do not buy this one. So disappointing.

Not so good. food is dry. Not what I expected. Not easy to use.

Worked great! Right up to when it failed before the 5th month of owning it. I didn't get the geek squad protection so it will be fun dealing with the manufacturer to make this right. Also, best buy online told me to bring I to the store to get help. That was a lie.
