Excellent kitchen gadget

This one has great instruction on how to set it up for use, was easy to set up and easy to clean. My only complaint is there was no basic recipe book included to get you started. I found some recipes online and gave it a shot. Talk about easy! So far I've made fish, fried chicken, and homemade french fries with it. All turned out well. Rotisserie chicken was a challenge, as I did not cook it long enough (Recipe was off) but after several start and stops, it came out tasty. For ease of removing racks, get an actual oven mitt. Pot holders work, but I did manage to get a small burn, as the shelves are a bit close together. One of the best things it how fast it cooks compared to conventional ovens/fryers. The settings are easy to manage with practice, the pre-sets work well. Definitely worth adding to your kitchen!
