First of all lets get the item name right. Its a 10 liter not a 10 quart.air fryer. I found that all item's prepared with theChefman Chef IQ 10 Quart Multifunction Air Fryer Oven cooked faster than a conventional oven. The fry basket fits into the rotisserie slot. The captive touch buttons work with even the slightest touch. The drip/baking tray cleans up quiclky after baking on it. There are three cooking racks and 3 slots for them. You can cook on each rack at the same time. A rotisserie spit with 2 forks for your small fryers. This unit can Bake, Air fry, and dehydrate. There are 14 preset controls for your ease of use and a cook book. All accessories are dishwasher safe. the interior light is bright enough to see inside. The unit will hold up to an eight by eight inch baking pan. The unit comes with auto shut off. All in all this air fryer is a keeper, you should get many years of healthy meals out of it. I would and have recommended the Chefman Chef IQ 10 Liter Multifunction Air Fryer Oven to family and friends.

I know that AirFryers have been around for a while now, but I haven't owned one in the past and man I think I have been missing around. I don't usually eat a lot of fried food, but I love me some good wings and some fries. I have always baked my fries and wings just because it's less mess and is just easier. I decided to give this a try with some wings and fries, and honestly if this was the only meal it could do, that alone would be worth if for me! It made the wings and the fries to perfection. I knew that air fryers supposedly made French fries great, but seriously they came out like restaurant quality. The wings with the ranch were just as good. I have also made salmon with asparagus and it came out so good. Yesterday I wanted to try to do bacon and it did the job. It's funny I haven't turned on my oven since we got this. It's just smaller and easier to clean. It's only my wife and I so we don't really need to cook large portions for the two of us. I love it!

I got to say this is all around family appliance. This baby cooks everything from a pizza to jerky. Very easy set up and instructions and your off and running. And with this large capacity you can feed the troops of no time. Chefman hit the mark with this one. Perfect gift as well

Still working like a charm 4 years later. My favorite kitchen appliance, it is superior to those air fryers that do not have doors. * you can see what is cooking * it is aesthetically pleasing Minor con, the door hinge traps food crumbs.

    Wow what a nice upgrade

My previous air fryer was a few years old and though top-notch at the time -- it was a little long in the tooth compared to the features available now. The clear door on the Chefman alone is worth the upgrade. Being able to see your food cooking gives you a better chance of pulling your food out of the fryer at the perfect time (instead of letting the heat escape every time you peek inside the unit). This fryer is advertised at 10L, but had trouble rotating a 4.5 lb chicken. I was able to roast the chicken to perfection just hanging on the rotisserie spit. I purchased some twine and will see if bundling the chicken a little tighter allows the rotation to work as designed. 10" pizzas fit perfectly, though you'll only want to bake them at 3/8th regular oven time. A pizza that usually takes 22 mins at 400 degrees in the oven, was already near-burned at 11 minutes in the air fryer using the baking setting at the same temperature. Sweet potato fries and chicken wings turn out fantastic with the rotisserie basket. You're able to air fry a lot more food than you could with a single-layer basket. Noise levels are about the same as other air fryer units, the touch controls are very responsive and intuitive. The drip tray makes cleanup so simple and the trays/basket are dishwasher safe. I like that the unit is tall enough to accommodate multiple tray levels and the width doesn't take up much more counter space than my old 6L unit. It'll take a little trial and error to find the perfect cooking time/temp for foods, but I think you'll find that this unit cooks food quicker than other air fryers and much faster than a real oven. I highly recommend this air fryer.

This was my first air fryer, and I think I made the right choice. I Norma prep my meals eagerly start of the week, and with the chefman multi function air fryer it has shaved off some time in my prepping time. I’ve made salmon, chicken, steaks, tilapia, vegetables, muffins, etc...all in this air fryer! I don’t know how I’ve lived this long without one. Easy to clean removal pieces helps a lot. Plenty of timers and good information with the included books. I couldn’t be happier.

Versatile kitchen tool with big footprint

We got this multi function kitchen cooking device for the many ways it can be used. Air frying, rotisserie and dehydrating, as well as toaster oven functions. The air fry function works ok, but french fries do not really get crispy like they do in traditional oil frying. They do cook well, but not an ideal replacement for frying. Dehydrator works very well for its size. You can set it and forget it with the presets and the finished jerky turns out great! Rotisserie basket is kind of on the tiny side, so finding chickens that will fit into it can be challenging. More suited to cornish hen sized items. Toaster oven with its presets also works well for may things to heat and eat without using the oven or microwave. The trays and area where you do the cooking inside is somewhat limiting also though in size. It works great for small things, but a regular size frozen pizza will not fit. This is a good addition to the kitchen for what the versatility offers, though I was really hoping the air fryer would finish things crispier than it does.

Worked okay enough to not upgrade. Unfortunately the baring for the rotisserie fell out randomly one day and we can’t put it back in. The front door also very loose and where the screws are located we can’t tighten them. The front door handle also snapped in two….for the price I guess I shouldn’t expect the world.

My 1st air fryer, very crisp and tasty and fast!

This is my first air fryer and I must say, I am surprised it has performed so well with the first few items I cooked. Frozen chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, taquitos, and fries all came out nice and crispy. And FAST! Manual says no pre-heat needed, but I found a 3-4 min pre-heat at 400 F was needed to make sure tenders were cooked through. I lightly brushed some vegetable oil on to get some extra-crispy goodness. My only dock of a star was due to one of the 4 rubber feet missing (which caused it to rock...I used a folded up paper towel so it sat even). And the rotating drum had a bend rod on one end. But aside from the small QC issues, this is great and so much faster to heat up crispy food compared to the oven or soggy from microwave.

It is a solid piece of equipment. had it for three years and just now the drip tray has started to peel and got rusted from the wash. Having a difficult time looking for a replacement tray or any other accessories in case they get lost or damage

This is a nice, well built air fryer, excellent for French fries but average for everything else. It comes with couple of trays but when using them all the bottom tray does not get cooked as perfect as the top tray. The best an most convenient is the drum that comes with it which perfect for air frying chips and small things.
