We are happy with it

We use it almost every day to make some pizza roll snacks for the kids to making a Buffalo wings meal for the whole family. The rotisserie basket is tough to clean is probably the only annoying aspect. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to buy an air fryer.

The bad news is that it doesn't work that well. It heats quite unevenly, as the heat source is on top. This leads to the top shelf items being done before those on the bottom. The space between the shelves is narrow, so I often can't use more than 2 of the 3. It's disappointing, as I made this upgrade to have the ability to cook more than the basket style one I was replacing. In the end I just paid more to do the same thing. As a 1st fryer for a single person, I'd say it's good. I wouldn't recommend it for a family though.

Glorified Toaster Oven

It toasts bread and is good for re-heating fried foods, but it cooks very unevenly between racks and the racks are oddly shaped for most things I tend to air fry. The rotating basket is nice, but both it and the racks are difficult to clean. The door feels flimsy and like it will break before anything else in the device. There is also no on/off switch, so to get it to completely turn off it has to be unplugged.
