Good Product...but still trying to cook right Temp

Still trying to figure out how long to cook something as the directions burn the food, so I have to cook it less time than the directions states. Just learning by trial and error. but overall great product. Food I have cooked well and not burnt has come out great! Wish the directions would be more accurate on how long to cook different foods! This is a big flaw. Wish the little cookbook included had more recipes. Not enough in the book. This was a Xmas gift so didn't start using till 2 weeks ago.

It is well-built and has been capable of a wide variety of cooking methods. It's quick to heat up without heating up the counter or surrounding area. It has simplified our cooking tasks a lot. The cons: it requires a bit of real estate on the counter. The cooking instructions and minimal recipe pamphlet leave a lot to be desired as we were hoping for a list of temps and times for food items per pound, for example.
