It will be helpful if the temperature marking is done with good highlighted black ink, Every time I have to use my cell phone flash light to see the temperature marking to set the proper temperature.

No control over temperature

Bad luck

The second went up in a ball of flame nearly taking my house down with it. Luckily I purchase the Best Buy protection plan and both were covered by Best Buy. Maybe I just got 2 consecutive lemons but that was enough for me, I went with a different brand. Zero stars for Chefman, 5 stars for Best Buy customer service team.
