You could point to their two-day guaranteed shipping for members. But, reviews wise, they have adopted a novel modality - they openly display star ratings and comments on each product page. Putting all that information right at the consumers' fingertips might seem like it would deter some purchases due to low-star reviews. However, this isn't the case.
