Oh my god. This air fryer has served my family for almost four years and is still running like charm!

Bought it 2019 Thanksgiving. Stopped working while it was running early October 2020. Chefman support is offering to address the issue, they sent a Fedex airway bill as well but I didn't keep the box so I am heading to Best Buy this afternoon to get a replacement (somehow I had bought a Perf Plan). When it worked, it is OK. My wife did try a lot of things and it does some things well, especially falafels and koftas...It does take a while - nothing is less than 20 minutes. Even simple sweet potato fries take about 15-20 mins but its great for reheating small snacks like fritters or samosas and stuff. I even tried a casserole lasagna ones and it was not well cooked at the bottom. So average rating. Plus, I don't like it conked out in 11 months or less.

Had this near a year now, it works well and heats evenly, the coating on the food tray could be better quality as some of the non-stick coating has come off, warranty support sent me a replacement tray. overall this is a good unit. I use it 3+ times a week

cooks great...just cook everything for 20 minutes...pull out tray coating will rub off and the silicone bumpers will fall off during cleaning...had to buy a new one online for $12... timer will go forward ONLY..

I fried chicken and fries and they were so crispy and flavorful, I can’t imagine not buying this sooner!

This is perfect for two people. I especially like for reheating leftovers. The smell didn't last past the first preheat. Love for cooking fish.

Work for a non profit organization that serves homeless families living in motels, this is the perfect gift for these families with limited space and is very friendly use.

Absolutely love it!! I have 2 toddlers so it saves me so much time on meals and it doesn't take up much space. It's real easy to use, I highly recommend it.

great value for the price, the basket is a little flimsy so maybe not great for super heavy usage but gets the job done
