Not good, BBY worse

During first use and second batch of fries for family it stopped working. This was first use just after New Years. I tried to return to Best Buy but my daughter purchased the unit December 2nd, so by Jan 17 it was out of return policy I was told. Poor product, worse customer service. Very disappointed in BBY

Trash after a year.
