Great alternate to deep fry

Just coat with your favorite seasoning, turn it on and forget it. Juicy and delicious. Not a quick cooking process and wish I had gotten a larger one for our family of 5 adults because we inevitably have to do 2 or 3 batches of everything. But, I love the way this thing cooks.
