Worked Great but didn't stand up to a lot of use

The coating started scratching off the grate within a short period of time. At the beginning of May after 5 months of almost daily use it died. I contacted Chefman support and they requested some documentation which i provided them. I haven't heard anything back despite a few emails sent to check on the warranty claim.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!

I have an 8 year old that constantly needs snacks and we can stick chicken nuggets or pizza rolls in this air fryer and she can be eating a snack within 15 minutes!

A large basket and quick and easy functions. The food turns out amazing. Reheat Dale pizza for other food just as though you made it fresh.
