It took a bit longer than what it recommended for cooking thick chicken breast. I had to add about 15 min to the temp and time recommend. The chicken breast came out kinda crispy, they were really moist though which I found in frying in a skillet they come out sort of dry. I would recommend.

Great Fryer

It took us a very long time to prepare wings for a family of five, because I guess we put too many wings and the fryer could not handle well. But after a few trials and errors we made it work, and the food came out nicely fried. My only complaint still remains the time it takes to make a dinner. This is not for fast cooking.
